Please keep on mind that PIRANHA latex couture creates the garments to fit tight, let us know if you wish the loose fit.
FAQ
How to take care of latex?
Handwash only. Use lukewarm water with mild washing-up liquid detergent only. Do not put in a washing machine. Do not use soap powder. Do not dry clean.
Always wear with the help of silicone oil or baby powder. To make the rubber shiny use silicone spray or silicone oil.
Avoid all contact with metals. Do not bring into contact with copper based metals or nickel based metals. These will cause a brown stain on the paler colours and also start a chemical breakdown on all colours of rubber.Copper is found in brass and in some jewellery as well as in bronzing agent make-ups and of course in money coins.

How do you ship my order?
Piranha Latex Couture delivers worldwide.
In the Czech Republic we deliver by Czech Post or by PPL. Outside we ship by PPL / DHL (Europe) or Fedex or equivalent courier.
Can you ship my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date, inform us and we will do our best to comply and meet your deadline.
How do you pack my order?
All orders are securely packed and sent in discreet packaging for your privacy.
How can I contact your couriers?
We will inform you about all changes of your order, including the information about tracking number. Please supply a contact phone number to make our couriers able to contact you if necessary.
How long it takes to complete my order?
All Piranha Latex Couture outfits clothing and garments are individually hand made to your onder and it takes time to create them. Standard processing time is about 2-3 weeks (sale items could be sent in shorter term as they are usually already created).
We aim to ship all items as soon as possible in order to meet the high quality standards. Please be patient in the rare case of unavailability of the prefered materials or extremely busy period. We will always keep you informed.
What is your returns policy?
If there is a problem with your order, you must inform us upon receipt of the items. Any returns which are simply not required any more, change of heart, or similar reason will be refunded subject to a 70% handling and restocking charge.
Delivery costs will not be refunded.
All returns will only be accepted if still in a new condition with no signs of wear and in original packaging within seven days of delivery.
Piranha Latex Couture will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments.
Any custom made or made-to-measure orders are not returnable or refundable.
